Description
This is a traditional borscht, but with no beetroot, no cabbage and no tomato! Interesting, eh? That’s why we call it a green borscht: it’s a very green soup full of bright spinach, green onions, dill, parsley, celery and hearty potatoes. This green vegetable soup is traditionally served with a hard boiled egg on top and a dollop of sour cream.
The kit is packaged into a beautiful collectible tin with traditional folklore floral design on the lid.

Tesha –
It’s really quick to make, and it also has a lightness and delicacy that go well in vegetable soups.

Simply add a little more broth and toss in the contens of the tin. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a low heat for 20 minutes. You don’t even need to stir because the boiling keeps the vegetables moving.

The aroma of the vegetables was palpable as soon as I opened the jar. All of the vegetables are well-balanced.
